Happy New Years!

Every year when New Years rolls around, that inevitable question comes up:

What is your New Years resolution?

What makes a good resolution? Something that you can actually stick with all year, no problem? Or something that will really test your inner strength?

I’m not sure what would make a good resolution for me…maybe I’ll swear off boyfriends for 365 days. Or chocolate, wait: who am I kidding? I couldn’t make it 3 days without chocolate, let alone three HUNDRED and sixty five days haha. Hmmm, maybe I’ll never sleep in past 9 AM. Or never complain when mom gives me chores…(that wont happen either :/ haha) There’s nothing major in my life that needs to be changed right now so it looks like I’m pretty golden as far as resolutions go. How about this:

I will play whatever games the kids I baby sit for want to play with as much gusto as I can manage.

i got my first set of graphics as a present an i was so excited i called matthew an begged him to pretty please come over the next day to put em on for me!!! since he' s nice he said yes so i had to wash all of my plastics an scrape the sticky stuff off of em...that wasnt so fun. but my bike sure is looking good! i'll post a pic when the side plates are back on. we had to order new ones cuz mine were too scratched.

This past weekend I got protested in my race. Yup, thats right. A buncha parents decided to protest a poor little girl who was out with the boys and getting lapped. why? because i have a big wheel on my bike. who stinkin cares?!?!?!?! So Deah went up and had them add a womans class to go out at the same time as the boys and therefore i gotta 1st place trophy. stupid boys. haha. they can protest me whenever they want ;) but yeah then it started snowing. getting home sure was fun...it was dumping snow in orting, it looked SO pretty. not so warm tho, it was 15 degrees this morning an hasnt warmed up much. i'm just stayin inside and wearing my nice warm sweats :D

Last few days

Okay so this past weekend I raced again. I got 4th outta 7!! Against boys :D I was sure proud of myself hehe. Also, I hung out with Collin(that funny guy from one post down haha) and it was good. He cracks me up.

And Sunday we put up our xmas tree, its purdy!! I’ll post a pic. Yesterday I was at work mostly all day and got home at like 6:30-ish so there wasn’t much else to do. Today-we went to Costco but we went in the morning so there was none of those samples I used to love when I was little put out…okay I admit it, I still like those little samples…haha. But ya there was none so my mommy got me a churro haha. It was still warm and doughy and delicious in all of its sugary goodness! Haha now I am working on English :( lame-I know. Haha well I’ll post the tree pic now.

back to racing

I raced arenacross for the first time this weekend. it was fun, but a lotta work. my arms are hurting REAL bad lol. it was fun though being back at the track an on my bike. i got to wear my new gear too which made me happy. i rode practice on friday an did okay, only stalling twice. than i raced saturday and only stalled once, on the start in my first moto :( but i had a really good start in the second one which was good. all in all it was a pretty good weekend (minus the aching muscles and barely being able to crawl outta bed this morning haha) also, shon fell asleep on the floor in the truck on the way there. it was pretty funny:

I know I havent blogged lately...nothing of consequence has been happening to me. Same ol, same ol. Its kind of getting dull. Something drastic needs to happen lol. Like a snowstorm. i like snow, a lot. like a really lot haha...what im getting at is that i really wanna go boardin. like yesterday haha.

our team took 16th place outta 18. i know thats not spectacular or anything but we havent even taken a girls team to state in 8 years so big improvement!! we were all happy with our effort and we'll place higher next year :)

XC rules

so basically all i have to say right now is that i am GOING TO STATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yes thats right. I am going to state for cross country. pretty sweeto huh? we had districts on saturday i ran a 22:36 not my best but definitely not my worst either so no worries. an now on friday the girls XC team is headin to the tri-cities to run at the state meet. ...oh an did i mention that it has been 8 years since my HS has taken the girls XC team? ya that pretty much means were legit haha. our coach is proud and we are proud. we've worked hard for this.

to say the least: it is at the top of my list for favorite trips.
it was pretty much absolutely awesome :) like seriously.
i had so much fun and his whole family was really nice to me.
homecoming was good too. i looked pretty. will post pics as soon as i
have them. pinky promise. i also went to school with him. i really
liked it! i wanna go to school there haha. his friends were all nice too
which was definately a bonus. oh and he made me pancakes for breakfast
the morning after homecoming... how sweet right???

bellevue xc meet

xc meet yesterday. I beat my personal record with a time of 22:50. i threw up and jacked up my leg haha but it was def. worth it! the course was flat with no hills so it was all about speed. and there was a sand part which was really hard. off to do schoolwork!

xc meet today. i got a 19:49 but it was only 2.9 miles. an i got 21st outta like 100 so that was pretty decent...

today i had a cross country invitational at fort steilacoom. it rained and rained and rained and uh ya rained some more! woohoo fun! not. my time was somewhere around like 23:10-23:15 i will find out for certain tomorrow or monday. but i did good anyways. i ran hard an did good on the hill which was pretty sweeto. but after i ran i was pretty darn miserable what with being wet and sniffley and cold...i didnt get home till like 5. then mommy an daddy made me hot chocolate :) yay! an i had a warm shower so i could finally feel my toes again which i think is probably a good thing...haha

so lately there has only been one thing on my mind:

What am I going to do with my life??

That is like the universal question and I am not having an easy time coming up with options.
I mean what are my strengths?
-I love working with little kids and am very good at interacting with them
-I'm good at math, reading, writing, spelling, typing...
-I'm good at writing persuasive papers
-I am good at arguing my case and winning
-I like being in charge and I can think on my feet

I am good at a lot of stuff but I know that I should probably pick one general area of interests and direct all of my focus at it. The problem is: what would I want to be doing for x number of years in my life that would make me happy and successful? I just have no clue. Like i am to the point where I am losing sleep over this whole thing. It's stressful. Ugh. haha. Like how do you figure that kind of thing out?? I am the type of person who wants to make a plan and stick to it. In order to make this plan, though, I am gonna need to figure out what to center the plan around... HELP!! yes this means you mom. i need more than your suggestions in the car the other day! I hate not knowing what I'll be doing 2,3,4 years from now.

sorry its been awhile since ive posted. i was gone from thursday to last night which was monday. we were at washougal mx park for Top Gun. I got 7th overall an got a plaque trophy thing haha. i rode good saturday. got a good start sunday but then i crashed, hurt my leg an didnt finish. than on monday the track basically turned into a mud pit but i rode anyways an did alright. so all in all it was a pretty good weekend. i hung out with austin quite a lot. his mom came an brought his little brothers so i played with them too :)

today all im doin is cross country. woohoo. haha not.

I am home. which i guess is kinda sad. but good at the same time. i missed my house an the puppy :) but im gonna miss mikey too. well for like 4 weeks at least, till i go to so cal for homecoming with him!!!! haha. its gonna be tight :P

so after i blogged yesterday i spent the day chillin with mikey. we went swimming an than i went to the shops with him an his parents. i picked him out some cool swim shorts. there red an white with hibiscus flower print. when we got back we hung out by the pool an talked for a long time. than we started a movie but mom got tired so we'll finish it tonight. this morning after we got around we went for breakfast at longhi's. i had french toast that was SO good. then i got a pair of jeans at Guess. there pretty cute. kay well thats all thats happened so far :) will post more later.

good morning. i just wanted to write about last night. after i blogged we played video games for awhile longer an than around ten-ish we went out swimming in the dark. it was a lot of fun :) okay well since i just got up a little bit ago i dont have anything else to write but i will definitely write more later. later!

okay so hawaii is still amazing :) you coulda figured that one out on your own tho im sure. today i got up an did some cardio in the gym around 8-ish. than after i got around we went to the shops an i got some things: a sarong, some stickers for my snowboard, a necklace, some postcard and a few other things as well. after we got back, we went swimming in the ocean :) my favorite. i love the sand (expect when its in my swimsuit) an how gorgeous all the water is (but beware: it tastes yucky haha) then we had dinner at this really yummy place i had some macaroni, garlic potatoes and sweet corn. for dessert i had creme brulee which seriously made my day. it was SO good. be jealous yes. now i am in the "teen club" using this guys laptop which is pretty cool i guess. his name is mikey an he's really nice :) well i'm gonna go play some G-hero. will post more later. pinky promise :)

okay so guess what?????? i am in hawaii!!!!! how awesome is that?! ya totally awesome i know! haha. i am so pumped to be here. i had to wake up at 4:30 tho like in the morning...that kinda sucked but i have to say it was definitely worth it. it was like a 6 hour flight to get here but after we did we had a really good lunch, went to our room (its heaven i must say) then went to the beach! my favorite. i love sand. but the whole salt water thing: its not so hot in my opinion. it burns your eyes SO bad. i was like cryin to get it all out haha. an then we all built sandcastles which got knocked over cuz they were too close to the water. it was so much fun :) this is going to be like the best vacation ever. okey dokey well now that i got that all out i'm gonna sign out. i will post pics when i get home tho for sure!!! adios

i am back! i had tons of fun playing with all of my adorable little cousins :) especially aiden he was my favorite. dont tell daisy!! haha. my aunt is also super gorgeous, i hadnt seen her in forever so i had no clue! haha. NO, rolana im not sucking up so you forgive me for letting aiden sleep so long :) we played on the beach an had a lot of fun in the sand an we went to the arcade in town an i carried aiden around an we played games, won tickets an got prizes!! very exciting haha. mom got me a sweatshirt an some cake! it was just me an her who went so that was cool to get some totally one on one time with her in. i runned on the beach speedy quick with the puppy! he was faster than me tho. an mom made me get outta the water so i wouldnt drown...i was barely up to my ankles in water!! haha. you can tell she has faith in me... haha. but ya i had such a good time. aiden fell asleep on me for a couple hours, it was the cutest thing ever. :) i'll post the picture

so today i babysit two little girls for ten hours. it was intense. but i made it. im still here. alive and well. phwew! haha naw it wasnt too bad. the girls are 4 and 5. the 4 year old threw a buncha screaming fits an stuff i just sat there an stared at her till she stopped which was pretty quick cuz she wasnt gettin the attention she wanted haha. we swam, they did dress up, played some games, did puzzles, play-doh, and ran around like crazy people. im sure theyll pass out no problem tonight...i prob will to hahaha. i havent been this tired in soooooooo long. alright well im gonna get off. peace.

so this weekend i rode at riverdale. practice saturday. race sunday. it was super hot all weekend. more so in my gear. i was drenched in sweat. gross. haha. i rode okay on saturday and after we rode we went down to the river and cooled down. that was fun. than on sunday i got 1st in my 1st moto an i rode good. than in my 2nd moto i went down an i got passed so after i got back up i rode better than i have ever ridden b4!! it was intense haha. i scared myself cuz i was jumpin everything. i finally caught her on the finish line table. i basically jumped over her head. i thought i was gonna land on her, but apparently she crossed the checkered flag first so i got 2nd :( i was so mad i cried. i tried so hard! i'll get her next time tho. it was a good experience for me :)

alright. its been a couple days so i figured i should write somethin. hmm...today i got up an went grocery shoppin with my mommy haha. we bought so much food it barely fit in the cart. it was overflowing. than we came home an put all the food away. than i cleaned the laundry room an did some other chores. after that we went an picked up dustin an he came over an we hung out, baked a cake, played guitar hero (cody totally dominated dustin hahahaha) played with a football and swung on the swingset. fun stuff haha. he's pretty cool, for a boy anyways. haha. i just finished dinner an since i have braces ive got a buncha corn stuck in em. its gross. lol. dustin said that i do weird stuff...i wonder where he got that idea...?? haha. im very unique. it works for me. alrighty i think i'm gonna go brush my teeth :) peace.

i trained at washougal with BT yesterday. there was a bit of a pile up and i got my neck runned over!!!!! i still cant turn it to the left. ouchies! but ya i will post more about that later cuz im gonna go bake a cake or something. its that time of month. you know, the time when all you want is big bar of chocolate, a sappy romance movie, a bubble bath and a teddy bear :)

so we were almost home after work and we got a call from dad sayin matt crashed his bike an was in the hospital. so we flipped a u-ie an headed to the hospital. when we got to the waiting room his posse was al there sittin around an they assured us it was nothing too dramatic. haha. so we talked to them for awhile than we went in an saw him. he was all strapped to a board still and when he saw us he was blushin an stuff. haha. i dont think he wanted all the attention :) but i took jack with me to make him smile. it worked haha. so we told him to take it easy an we headed back home. so hopefully he'll be all A-OK :)

This is my favorite room in my house. It's the office, obviously. lol. its all modern an cool lookin. idk i just wanted to say that i guess haha...

school is done for the year! i finished it last friday. i am so happy about that too because it gives me so much more sleep time!! well, except this morning charlie woke me up at 6 and she just sat there at my bedroom door going: meow meow meow meow......on and on and on and on, until i finally got up filled her food bowl. as soon as i got all snuggled back into my bed, "meow meow meow meow..." so again, i got up. this time i filled her water bowl. that seemed to make her happy so back into my bed i went. ugh five minutes later: meow meow meow... so i went an let her outta my room, than i got into bed again. then i hear my mom yelling, "Cat!" ugh so i got up, grabbed charlie and went back to bed. again: meow meow...i got up and looked at her food an water dishes, she had spilt a bunch of her food into the water bowl an the pieces had gotten all bloated an nasty. she looked up at me like: "ha, you really expect me to drink that crap?!" so i went an cleaned out the bowl, got her fresh water, grabbed my blankets, went an climbed into my mom's bed and closed my eyes. after about five minutes, i realized that i wasnt even tired anymore. geez. so there went my day to sleep in. stupid cat.

hmmm. so after the whole "meow episode" i decided i wanted pancakes for breakfast. ya that didnt turn out so well. I basically burned all of them to the point where they werent even edible anymore...cereal seemed the much safer route to go. i should have realized that before i attempted the pancakes.

so far today, that is all of the drama that has occured but if i do anything else stupid, i'll be sure to keep ya updated :)

I am leaving tonight for Riverdale. I dont know if i am going to ride or not tho cuz i still cant walk from spokane but we'll see i guess. lol. hmmm. i dont have so much to say i think that mighta been it. :) :) i 'm hopin for some warm weather this weekend. i'm crossin my fingers an toes haha jk just my fingers. its too hard to cross my toes in shoes. :) k peace dudes

okay so i rode in spokane over this past weekend an i've got several things to say about it.
i practiced with BT all day friday and i did super good, even jumped some doubles lol. but than when i woke up saturday morning...i couldnt move! every muscle in my body was sore!! haha. it was bad. so instead of racing i chilled with miss sammi all day :) that was fun. an we went out to dinner that night (me an sammi's fam) to this cooleyo restaurant. we got kid menu's to color and i kicked her butt at the wordsearch lol. than she scribbled it out so there would be no proof ahaha. than on sunday morning when i went out in the practice b4 my race my daddy sent bruce out to ride behind me an make sure none of the big guys took me out or anything :) lol he was my bodyguard!! :) haha. when i went out in my moto tho, i crashed an pulled my hamstring really bad. i cried :*( ouchies!! an for the rest of the day i was the trophy girl haha. but i got a sweatshirt for helping out so that was pretty sweet!! than i had to settle in for the nice 6 hour drive home. poo. lol but we stopped in ellensburg for food and i had some totally delicious ribs! haha. they were finger-licken good!! ahaha. geez, i crack myself up! lol. we got home an i crashed! haha. i was so worn out. :) okay well i think i have written enough for now. peace dudes. :) xoxo-james

ok i have a few min so i'll write bout california. it was a super duper long drive like over 12 hours. :P it took forever! an then it was cloudy an rainy the whole time we were there while it was sunny back here at home. not fair! lol. there was a lot of fast guys racing...a lot of fast girls too! which was cool to watch. umm when we first got to the track an went into the trailer there had been an accident! matt just got a new gearbag thats white and green and he had his other bag with all his clothes in it on the floor too, but on the way down, a cabinet opened up and a jar of spaghetti sauce fell out, broke open, and covered everything! but mostly, just matts stuff. i have never seen him so mad. he just got super quiet and had an extremely hostile look on his face. so we left him alone for awhile...haha but i had to scrub sauce off the door, the walls, the fridge, scoop it outta the heater grate. ugh it was so gross. an than after all that was done, we used the last of the sauce an had spaghetti for dinner. haha. lets see, i also almost blew up the trailer cuz i was makin beans for dinner and was holdin the handle of the pot with a paper towel...smart move, NOT. the corner lit on fire but at first i didnt notice cuz i was watchin my dad but than i felt it! i dropped the paper towel on the floor and thankfully, stamped it all out. but i melted part of my flip flop in the process...ahaha. im such a moron. o well. i cant remember anything else to amusing but we got home tuesday about one in the afternoon an were leavin again tonight for a race in spokane. fun stuff. lol o i just remembered something else! on the way to cali we stopped to sleep in the middle of night and guess where we slept: WALMART! ugh we are now officially the weirdos who sleep at walmart. jk jk it was funny tho cuz there were a lot of trailers parked there so i guess at least we werent the only ones. :) okay well i gtg help load the trailer. Adios.
